COVID-19

It is our duty to comply with our national effort to stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). We will stay alert in order to serve you in the best possible way.

The well-being of our visitors and partners is paramount.

Guest experience

We recommend that all guests visit the hotel website before arriving.

All guests should use hand sanitizer on arrival.

Safe distances

Guests must be at least 2 meters away from other guests when standing at the front desk, in the lifts or in the public areas around the hotel. In the restaurant and in the surrounding area, the arrangement of the furniture is such as to ensure the preservation of the natural distance.

All the entrances and reception of the hotel will be equipped with disinfectants as well as a restaurant, bar, and shared WC.

Key cards will be disinfected and picked up by guests upon arrival.

Our commitment to cleanliness

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously and take additional steps to ensure the safety of our visitors and partners. On a daily basis, our staff works to ensure they meet the latest hygiene and cleaning instructions.

Our hotel health and safety measures are designed to deal with a wide range of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from hand hygiene standards for hand washing and cleaning products to room and public area cleaning procedures.

Partner Health, Safety and Knowledge

The hotel staff – and their own health, safety and knowledge – are essential for an effective cleaning program. Here are some ways in which we can support them:

Hand hygiene: Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to combating the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, our groups are reminded that cleanliness begins with this simple act. It is important for their health and that of our visitors.

Ongoing training: In addition to training on cleanliness and hygiene protocols, hotel staff also complete enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.

Real-time information: Regional teams are available 24/7 to support hotels and coordinate with local and regional authorities.

Cleaning products and protocols: Our hotels use cleaning products and protocols that are effective against viruses, such as:

Guest Rooms: Hotels use cleaning and disinfection protocols to clean their rooms after guests leave and before the next guest arrives, paying close attention to high-end objects.

Public areas: Hotels have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in public areas, with an emphasis on the reception desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public baths and even room keys.

Back of House: In areas where partners work “behind the scenes”, hotels increase the frequency of cleaning and focus on high-contact areas, such as partner entrances, locker rooms, laundries and staff offices.
